from 21 reviewsI wanted this breed mainly for hybrid egg color. I’m Trying to create a chalky bloom over a blue egg. The possibilities are endless with the Croad Langshan’s chicken and they work well for Olive eggers too. Even speckles !
Really happy with my purchase. They arrived well packaged, no damage noted to the packaging however they arrived late : even shipped by priority mail. 😩USPS is proving to be useless since this isn’t the first time this has happened to me it’s happened to other eggs I’ve ordered too from a different breeder. Here’s hoping I have some hatch 🤞🙏
This year I purchased two dozen hatching eggs to add new lines to my existing pen, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision! While not all of them arrived intact due to USPS mishandling — no fault of the seller, as they were beautifully packaged — I’m already planning to order more next year. This is truly a stunning and docile breed, wonderful around children; they’ll literally follow you underfoot, roosters included. I can honestly say this breed does not disappoint when it comes to egg color. In early spring especially, the eggs display a gorgeous pink bloom — some with soft lavender tones, others with delicate white speckles. While it’s true what GNC said in her description: the color does fade throughout the season, so don’t be disappointed when getting your hatching eggs. Blooms and eggs colors take work and something you always have to be working on. However even the latter part of the year when they are laying soft tan-shelled eggs they have a lovely velvety texture that makes them a pleasure to feel and look at. Highly recommend! 💖

This raw milk is the best I’ve had ! I’ve suffered for years from acne but since making the switch to raw A2A2 milk I don’t get acne anymore. I’m So glad I’m able to drink milk again. It really is so good. 🩷

All the way from Oregon and I’ve been wanting to stop and visit GNC. Finally had the chance last Saturday. This farm isn’t far off 11/15 and 104 so it’s not really out of the way. My first impression was “ Holy shit I’m at someone’s house” ! Long story short this really just adds to the charm! What a beautiful place. After meeting Amy , seeing the cows in pasture and drinking the best milk I’ve ever had !! When I get out that way again I’ll be stopping in..

I have never had guernsey milk before until I tried Guernsey Nurse Creamery. Amy was really thoughtful even gave me a free gallon to try out to see if I would like it. I certainly didn’t get the impression that she is just out to make a buck like the other raw milk sellers I’ve tried. There is a comfort in knowing that ! I Talked to her for over an hour , very intelligent and very successful. I was impressed with her knowledge and professional background! Just wow! Talk about inspiring. Glad I found this little farm because I am now hooked on this milk. 💛
