🚚 DELIVERY INFORMATION and Recent Updates

ONE TIME ORDERS VS SUBSCRIPTIONS 

🥛One-time orders include a $1.99 delivery fee per order.
🥛With Subscription deliveries , you pay just $1.99 ONCE per month when your subscription renews—no matter how many deliveries you receive!
🥛Farm Pickup : no fee applies 

For example, if you subscribe to the 4-gallon monthly plan, you’ll receive deliveries on your schedule but only pay one delivery fee for the month. The same goes for 6 and 8 gallon subscribers. Can’t drink 4-6 gallons a month?  No problem just roll your subscription over to the next month.  Going away ? No worries just skip delivery or pause it. Want to cancel ? You have full control over your subscription just log into your account—change, add, pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

(This $1.99 delivery fee helps cover gas costs and may even decrease as more customers in your area sign up.)

🚚How Delivery Works
Simply text me a day in advance, and I’ll let you know when I can deliver. If delivery is a few days out I’ll text you a day in advance to confirm and On delivery day, I’ll text again to let you know I’m on my way.

🚚Prefer Not to Use the Website?
No problem! Just call or text me at 570-765-8834 to find out when I’ll be in your area. (If you haven’t been here to the farm you’ll understand why texting is preferred over phone calls) 🥴 yes the reception is that bad ! 

🚚Two Recent website updates for Payment Options: 
You can now pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) or Personal Check on Delivery (PCOD) through the website checkout. It will come up as an option during checkout 😊Not going to be home during delivery? Just leave your cash payment or personal check in a ziplock bag in your cooler. 

Other Payment Changes : 
I recently started using Tap-To-Pay Shopify Mobile,  which I can process card payments in person. I no longer accept PayPal as a form of Payment due to increased fees. 

🌟Why the Website Helps Me: 
Ordering through the website is a huge help —it allows me to track contact information and delivery addresses efficiently. It saves me time processing local deliveries , farm pickups and on top of all that shipments 📦.  I still ship many other items , hatching eggs, sourdough starters to name a few and they ship all over the place! It Keeps track of year end sales and I also use a route app that is linked to my store to plan the most efficient delivery schedule, which minimizes mileage and gas costs. Soon, you’ll even be able to track your delivery live on a map once I learn how to use it and navigate through this feature . 

Even though its such a big help for streamlining my business sales I also understand some folks prefer not to enter card information online, which is why I’ve added COD and PCOD options for your peace of mind. 
These methods also provide a convenient alternative for those who prefer to avoid subscriptions.

subscription apps require automatic recurring payments through credit/debit cards or digital wallets because they need to charge customers automatically at each billing cycle. Cash-on-delivery is a manual payment method that doesn't support this automated billing model.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS  require stored payment methods with (credit cards, debit cards, or digital wallets like Apple Pay) to process recurring charges. This is a fundamental requirement for how subscriptions work—the system needs to automatically bill customers on their renewal dates. However if you want a SUBSCRIPTION ORDER but prefer to pay by cash or personal check please reach out to me and I can manually set it up on my end to still add you for a subscription plan so you qualify for the discount. 

🐄 Please Note: Delivery may be delayed if weather conditions are severe or in the event of an animal emergency. Please have cooler outside with appropriate amount of ice or ice packs for me to deliver to you if you won’t be home. In the winter you may not need ice packs but the cooler helps prevent your milk from freezing.
