DARK RYE 28 YEAR OLD SOURDOUGH STARTER

You will receive 50g to 60g of dehydrated starter in a small packet.  With directions on how to bring it back to life ( it's so easy) !

I’ve offered fresh starter in the past, but rising shipping costs — combined with ice packs and glass jars — made the packages quite heavy and expensive to send. Often I would have customers purchasing multiple starters at once and I would have to use a larger box to ship as well . If you still prefer a fresh starter please reach out to me in advance and I can arrange it for you to purchase . 

Over 28 years ago I wanted homemade crusty sourdough rye bread. So, I set out on a journey to make the perfect rye starter myself. And I've been feeding it ever since!
