You will receive 50g to 60g of dehydrated starter in a small packet with instructions! I’ve offered fresh starter in the past, but rising shipping costs — combined with ice packs and glass jars — made the packages quite heavy and expensive to send. Often I have customers purchasing multiple starters at once and I would have to use a larger box to ship as well .
